Hi Fellow Mac users,
Garmin offers a Voice Studio for making your own navigation voice for use with your Nuvi. The site recommends you use a microphone with your computer to record and upload custom voices to your device. I See Garmin just released 'Garmin Voice Studio™'
http://www.garmin.com/garmin/cms/site/us/ontheroad/voicestud...
This application only runs on a PC and not a Mac.
I called Garmin this morning (it took 35 minutes to get through) and couldn't get a definitive answer as to, if and/or, when this application would be available for the Macintosh operating system.
I was advised to keep checking the Garmin website, for any further news on this product.
If Garmin decides to make this application Macintosh-compatible, I hope it's sooner, rather than later...
Regards,
Tailspin
