Hi everybody,
I've just bought a 2017 version of SDL Trados Studio. I'm unable to make it run correctly on my mac. I can't install it or use my license, because the mac doesn't recognise it.
Do you have any solution? I tried with free and low price apps to create a windows envirnoment, but it looks like it is impossible to open!
I am desperate!
Thank you very much for your help!

SDL Trados Studio 2019 supports Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. - As a minimum requirement, we recommend an Intel or compatible CPU-based computer with 4 GB RAM and a screen resolution of 1024x768. Download and try a fully functional version of SDL Trados Studio translation software free for 30-days. By using SDL PLC websites you consent to our use of cookies, which we use to track your use of the websites to enable us to make them easier to navigate.
Cara Silvia, what model is your Mac? Year, operating system, etc.?I have been using Macs for many years (since 2004) in parallel with Windows computers, and I've experienced with different virtual environments, called virtual machines or VMs to run the Windows operating system and Windows-based programs.
Let me know!

Sdl Trados Studio 2019 Mac
I am just writing to express my frustration and disappointment that Trados 2017 is again not available for Mac. Again we have to work with Parallels or sth. like that, which makes the hole computer slow, just to can work with Trados. This is very disappointing. I mean, we write the year 2017 now, you can go on with denying Apple, but it is just better than Windows - much more save, much more reliable and at least much faster. I just ask me, why it isn't possible to create a Mac-Version of Trados... See more
